02. Shawn Michaels Vs. AJ Styles

These two G.O.A.Ts are the two sides of the same coin. Similarities between HBK and AJ are endless. AJ Styles made his debut at Royal Rumble 2016 and Shawn Michaels got retired at Wrestlemania 26 which is 6 years behind. Even though both of these two will never face off but every wrestling fan knows that if this match ever took place it will an instant classic.

Both men have the capability to give an instant classic in a match with a broomstick, that’s the level of talent is there between AJ & HBK. Michaels came out of retirement to team up with his best friend Triple H at Crown Jewel PPV in a match against Brothers of Destruction but that match was one of the worst matches of all time.

Michaels later revealed that it was really a bad decision that he decided to came out of retirement for this money match. Styles even pitched the idea of having a match with the showstopper but Michaels refused to came out of retirement and we never got to see a 5 star bout between these two icons.
