2. Crimson
When we saw Crimson debut in Impact he came in as Amazing Red’s little brother (hence the name Crimson), he had enough basic ability within him even if he was still green. His first 18 months in the company were really impressive and it really felt like TNA had a star on their hands, they were doing the Samoa Joe undefeated street very well, then they just ended it. It came a little out of nowhere and this change really hurt Crimson at the wrong time, after this his momentum was really halted and he never recovered.
For some reason after being in the company for 18 months (and gaining a character and momentum) TNA then chose that moment to send him to developmental. After this he never managed to gain the same level of audience connection he had when he left TNA. He would leave the company in June 2013 after there didn’t seem to be any direction for someone who was so hot 1 year prior.
We would see him return along side Jax Dane as “The Veterans Of War” for a couple of appearances, this looked like something fresh and also very impressive. Sadly it was only a couple of one off appearances and nothing more happened. Both men still tag together on NWA who Impact seem to be building a relationship back up again, in time if we are to see Crimson or “The Veterans of War” make a return to Impact through the relationship with NWA then it’s certainly something that could help Impact’s Tag Division and Crimson (or Jax Dane if he were to come in) could easily go into the main event picture and wrong what should have happened 8 years ago.

Andrew Everett, Jesse Godderz & Joe Hendry definitely on my list. Everett not winning the X-Division Championship at least once is just as much of a surprise (and let down) as Jeff Hardy not doing the same.
Jesse Godderz was stuck in the same boat as Eddie Edwards going solo, Billy Corgan had guys like Aron Rex & Mike Bennett leapfrogging the homegrown talent & Godderz just got lost. He even had James Storm & Bobby Lashley saying that he was main event & World Championship material.
Joe Hendry was fantastic. Been a huge fan of his prior to coming to Impact & seeing him going no further than Grado & Katarina was a disappointing use of such a charismatic megastar. He could have done with some extra moves in his arsenal though, but Sonjay Dutt busted his ass putting him over on commentary.
While I don’t loathe any of these people, the fact that none of them have done much post-Impact is very telling. Maybe THEY missed the boat.
