2. Bound For Glory Series
This one is not so much a match but more an idea that TNA had, It was always a good idea I felt however through the 3 years it was done I never felt they got the execution right. The idea is you have 12 wrestlers in a tournament all facing each other once, then you get different points depending how you win or lose the matches and whoever has the most points at the end of the tournament will win a shot at the world title at Bound For Glory.
On paper it’s a really good idea and parts of it were really good, the third time the did the BFG series I felt they got the gist of what they wanted to do little better on the points system however there are a few niggles that I don’t think they managed to iron out in three years of trying. I do think that if they were to bring The Bound For Glory Series back I have faith that we could see something really good be produced with all the previous creaks ironed out and making the lead up to Bound For Glory feel even more of a big deal.
