3. Daivari
Daivari is an interesting one as he’s very recently been taken down from the Impact Wrestling roster page, yet we only saw him appear on Before a couple of weeks ago, so Daivari’s status is a little unknown. However if looking on the basis of what we’ve seen and that he is here full time, there’s a lot to be desired if I’m being honest.
When Daivari returned at Bound For Glory 2020 it was a huge shock and one I don’t think anyone predicted, however the man was in even better shape than when he was in the company back in 2008-2009 and put in a great performance too. With the ability and character that Daivari poses it really makes me wonder why he is not utilised more and the fact that he isn’t I feel is a detriment to his matches now.
Many may argue he is a producer backstage, this is great and the more heads we have who want to add their knowledge to the product is always welcome. However we have wrestlers like Chris Sabin and Petey Williams who are also producers in Impact and they wrestle frequently, the difference to me when say Sabin is on is he get more TV time and gets some wins occasionally, just giving him that bit of credibility. Sadly Daivari hasn’t been given that so when he’s in the ring you know he’s never going to win, let’s give this man some credibility and something that us as fans can care for when we see him on our screens as the man can god dam do it and it will also add more to the people he’s facing too.
I’d say Madman Fulton is the one lacking direction over Ace Austin. But the argument would be pretty much the same, there was a break through in the tag division, alongside Ace Austin he’s a former AAW Tag Champion, winning it last year only recently losing it.
There’s a slow build around Ace Austin & right now he’s also got commitments outside wrestling, so this is why he’s not got the X-Division title now.
Shera is another but, career wise he’s building that at OVW & Impact Wrestling is his place to take it easy.
