5 NXT Stars that should be called up in the WWE Draft

Santos Escobar

This has to be the most obvious one. With his match against Tony D’Angelo being loser leaves NXT it’s already set up for him to be the one that loses and goes to the main roster. They even alluded to the fact that his lackeys will stay on NXT even if he loses. Just tells me they want Escobar as a singles star at the next level. He has a chance to be the next big Mexican breakout star. Rey Mysterio isn’t going to be around forever and its time they start grooming the next guy and Escobar is that guy, imo.

Toxic Attraction

I’m one of the few that thinks Zoey Stark is going to beat Mandy Rose and end her long streak at NXT Women’s Champion. If that does happen Rose, Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne would be huge assets to the main roster. Dolin and Jayne would be big additions to the WWE Women’s tag division. Mandy Rose is very improved in the ring and on the mic and would be a nice addition to either the Raw or Smackdown women’s division. I feel that Toxic Attraction has accomplished as much as they could on NXT and it’s time for them to make the jump.

Solo Sikoa

Solo Sikoa is destined to join his family in The Bloodline, one of these days. I think that day should come sooner rather than later. Sikoa is currently out for a bit with a PCL sprain so I would have him get drafted to the same brand as Reigns and The Usos and we can just sit back and wait for his debut on the main roster. That way it keeps it as a surprise. Despite not holding a championship in his short tenure in NXT its pretty obvious Sikoa is ready for the next step. Hopefully it happens at the draft because I know WWE fans would be pumped to see his addition to The Bloodline.

Nikkita Lyons

She is destined for stardom. She just is. Look at her. She is already being booked on the main roster in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Tournament and she’s being booked almost untouchable in NXT. She’s intriguing, a solid talker and her moves in the ring keeps fans buzzing every time she steps into the squared circle. She is going to be a huge player on the main roster in the women’s division and with HHH seemingly rebuilding that and adding depth to it, Lyons makes perfect sense as a new fresh addition to that division.

Grayson Waller

Having already caught the eye of AJ Styles enough for Styles to want to go to NXT to feud with him, Grayson Waller is going to be a Wrestlemania main eventer for years to come. This dude just has it. Mic skills, the look and a badass move set. The ability to get heat naturally and get under wrestling fans skin on Twitter of course. Everything Waller does just seems easy and the fact he’s just kind of hanging out in NXT right now with no real storyline I don’t see why they don’t call him up. Another feud with Styles could make sense too since Styles really isn’t doing much besides almost getting attacked by Dexter Lumis. A returning Gargano who Waller took out would be a good main roster feud too. The possibilities are endless with Waller on the main roster and it’s time for WWE to make that move.
