3. Britt Baker
Throughout this year it’s been safe to say that Impact Wrestling has been the company who have been able to utilise The Forbidden Door to it’s best ability (others may disagree and that’s completely fair). However one thing that has been called for is for more female talent to cross through the Forbidden Door.
Currently in Impact we have seen Mickie James enter into the company then we briefly had Melina come in as well as Thunder Rosa for one night at Slammiversary. That’s only 3 knockouts in nearly 1 year and all of those talents have come from the recent relationship with the NWA. Many fans have understandably wanted more from AEW considering it’s been there from the start.
Deonna has been calling this out for a long time and so has Britt Baker, all these teases may all be leading up to something? There have also been stories that Impact and AEW management have recently had more meetings between them. There is no word on what this may be about, however given the recent rise of Impacts Knockouts, there is a real possibilty that Impact could continue adding to it with the Addition of The AEW Women’s World Champion?
