2. A great locker room
No matter what job you’re in you always want to be in an environment which is welcoming and where you feel like you’re surrounded by family. We have heard by so many wrestlers over the last few years that the Impact locker room is one of the best places to be. That backstage unity definitely helps with the product and that unity comes through to the screen because if you feel comfortable and happy in yourself backstage, then you’re going to be in that mindset when you hit the ring.
With this feeling and mindset that’s around Impact, it’s definitely something that would attract new talent to come and step into Impact or previous talent to return to the company. Especially if they’ve been in other promotions where they never felt like they’d really been utilised or weren’t welcomed, coming into a family could be just what the doctor ordered.
