3. Knockouts Tag Team Royal
At Bound For Glory last year Impact Wrestling announced that they would be bringing back the Knockouts Tag Team Titles. They had a tournament that introduced a good number of teams to us and the tournament itself was presented very well. This all culminated at Hard To Kill at the beginning of 2021 with Fire N’ Flava winning the Knockouts Tag Team Titles.
Through the year however we would very often only see 2 teams in and around the titles. Whether that be Fire N’ Flava vs Havok and Nevaeh or when they also took on Grace and Ellering? Decay have also entered the fray now with The IInspiration, however leading up to Bound For Glory there where only always 2 teams involved in the title picture at one time.
Over the year however we have quietly seen Impact build up Knockout Tag Teams. As of now we have teams such as The IInspiration, The Decay, The Influence, Grace and Ellering, Tasha and Savannah then the new group that Su Yung is creating. That’s 6 teams right there and Impact have many more knockouts on the roster to make a couple more if needed. So we could very easily see integrated Knockouts Tag Team feuds in 2022 and making the division feel as full as it truly is?
