(Report) WWE teasing the return of Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar has not been seen on WWE television since he lose his WWE Title against Drew McIntyre at Wrestlemania 36. Lesnar contract has been expired last year and he didn’t re-sign with WWE yet. Fans were hoping to see him back during this year’s Wrestlemania season to challenge current WWE Champion Bobby Lashley, but there was no sign of Lesnar coming back to WWE. Now, WWE already starts to plant seeds for The Beast Incarnate’s return.
During WWE RAW this week, Kofi Kingston and Drew McIntyre both talked about Brock Lesnar. McIntyre mentioned how he beat Lesnar, but Kofi famously did not. Then Bobby Lashley asked “why are they talking about somebody who doesn’t even work here?” That was a very interesting seed to plant.
During Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez discussed this segment and said that WWE have quite a history of teasing someone’s return and in WWE everything is scripted so whatever the WWE Stars said, it’s because they were told to say so.
“When I heard that I thought that they are building toward Lashley vs Lesnar. That is a match that they have not done. It is a match that people have been asking for a long time and maybe that’s their plan for SummerSlam. Maybe that is their plan for WrestleMania, etc.”
Recently, Paul Heyman gives an update about Brock Lesnar’s return as live fans are returning in July so we can hope that we will see Lesnar back in WWE television and start his feud with Bobby Lashley for the huge dream match of Lashley Vs. Lesnar, which fans are craving to see from very long time.
