During last night’s episode of RAW, Rey Mysterio challenges Seth Rollins for a gruesome ‘Eye for an Eye’ match at Extreme Rules PPV. WWE made it official and confirm the rules of the match that the winner have to extract the eyeballs from their opponent’s head. Now ‘Le Champion’ Chris Jericho tweeted and takes credit for the match.

Jericho wrote, “Eye for an eye match? You’re welcome…. #AEWDynamite 2/12/20 @AEWrestling”

Actually, when Jericho was feuding with Current AEW World Champion Jon Moxley, his one of the faction member Santana faced Moxley in a similar style match on 20th February 2020 episode of AEW Dynamite.

Jericho’s tweet caught attention of AEW President Tony Khan who simply replied by posting an animated gif from Spider-Man where Norman Osborn played by Willem Dafoe said “You know, I’m something of a scientist myself.”
