According to Wrestlevotes, WWE is aiming to start live events with actuals fans by end of this September.
As noted earlier, WWE planned to start live tapings with fans by end of July, but it got cancelled due to the increasing cases of COVID-19.

However, they had an outbreak within their Performance center but still they’re hoping it big. We’ll have to wait and see how things will work out or it’ll be just a false hope.
