Is Jeff Hardy leaving WWE?

WWE Star Jeff Hardy returned after his lengthy absence from WWE Television and started his feud with ‘The Celtic Warrior’ Sheamus. But, the rivalry has not been received well by the fans.
This storyline is based on Hardy’s real life addiction and substance abuse. We have seen a urine angle in this storyline which falls under criticism by FOX.
Tom Colohue from Sportskeeda, revealed on Dropkick DiSKussions podcast, that WWE is trying to bury Hardy. WWE reportedly not able to convince Hardy to sign a new contract with them. Also, Hardy is not interested to sign a deal with WWE.
The worst part of this whole storyline is that Jeff Hardy is really unlikely to pick up any wins, any actual wins. He’s been buried on the way out of the door because they cannot convince him to sign a new contract. He just doesn’t seem interested. If they can convince him, they would probably start writing storylines that actually work in his favour, but really right now, this doesn’t suit anyone.
Hardy’s brother Matt Hardy signed a contract with AEW few months ago, so maybe Jeff wants to join his brother in AEW and form his legendary team ‘The Hardy Boyz’.
As of now, Jeff Hardy is currently scheduled to face Sheamus in a Bar Fight at The Horror Show: Extreme Rules of 19th July 2020.
