Ex WWE Star Karl Anderson is set to debut on IMPACT Wrestling’s Slammiversary tonight alongside with his partner Luke Gallows. But, before they’re back in action they revealed the unheard things which led to their WWE departure.
On Talk-N-Shop – Countdown to F**ktown, they revealed many unheard details when they were with WWE.
Last year, before they signed their new contracts with WWE they came very close to sign with AEW but they got convinced by AJ Styles and Triple H to stay with WWE.
Triple H told Anderson that AEW might not last but WWE will always be here.
Triple H looked at me and he was like, ‘Dude, I look at you and I see your kids and I think about what if, AEW doesn’t last. You know, I can promise you one thing, WWE will always be here.’
And it’s like I thought we stopped being like, you know, boss and f*cking employee at that point and we became, obviously not friends, but at least for a second, we were two humans talking.
And I am not saying that Triple H could have called somebody or stopped anything or knew anything or even cared. But that just, hearing that from your boss and seeing something like that happen was like ‘God damn, they don’t give a f*ck’.
Thanks to Ringside News for the quote.
After getting released by WWE back in April they realize that actually company doesn’t give a f**k. Now they’ve signed their contracts with IMPACT Wrestling which allows them to travel to Japan and wrestle there as well.
