WWE started this year with a BANG! We already witnessed quite a few surprises from the company with the likes of Brock Lesnar winning the WWE Title and IMPACT’s Knockout Champion Mickie James set to enter WWE Women’s Royal Rumble match. Since they announced Mickie James for Rumble, fans went crazy and already started speculating about the possibility of WWE finally entering the forbidden door.
According to WrestleVotes, WWE is considering a ‘Forbidden Door’ entrant for Men’s Royal Rumble match of this year.
“Had more than 1 source this weekend, w/o me directly asking, state they believe WWE will try for an “unexpected” forbidden door entrant for the Men’s Royal Rumble. Personally I’m skeptical it happens, but I can confirm WWE is at least open to the idea. Which is exciting enough.”
Few months ago, Nick Khan said in an interview with famous pro-wrestling journalist Areil Helwani that WWE plans for the year 2022 is ‘out of the world’, and his saying is coming true because no one have ever thought that Vince will allow other promotion name will get acknowledgment during his live show. During last week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, we all heard Pat McAfee yelling his lungs out that IMPACT Knockout’s champion Mickie James will enter this year’s rumble match.
