‘Le Champion’ Chris Jericho and ‘The Boss’ Sasha Banks traded jabs in social media over viewership numbers of this past week episode of NXT and AEW.

When Le Champion is in the main event so it’s a definite thing that AEW will pull more viewers than NXT, but this week something different happened that nobody expected.

As per viewership details, NXT’s main event that featured Bayley and Sasha Banks teaming up to take on Tegan Nox & Shotzi Blackheart pulled in more viewers than AEW’s main event of Jericho and Sammy Guevara teaming up against Best Friends.

NXT had 757K viewers at the end of the night while AEW had 706K viewers. However, AEW won the night, NXT had more main event viewers. This caught the eye of Sasha Banks, who took to Twitter to simply say, “We’re better than #LeSexGods”.

Jericho caught wind of Sasha’s tweet and responded by telling her that they got ‘SMOKED’ in the all important p18-49 demo. He said, “You did good…Just not good enough!”
