Universal Champion’ Roman Reigns is set to face WWE Champion Randy Orton at Survivor Series in a Champion Vs. Champion match. But, after defeating Jey Uso, Reigns doesn’t have any challenger for his Universal Title. Now, reports are suggesting that Daniel Bryan will challenge Roman Reigns for his title.

According to the report of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Daniel Bryan is the next challenger for Roman Reigns’ Title. It is also reported that WWE don’t have anybody on the main event level on the current Smackdown roster.

[Reigns] scheduled to work with Daniel Bryan, out of necessity it seems, because Bryan wasn’t positioned like a main event title contender at all when he returned.  

We’ve already seen on last week’s episode of Smackdown that how Jey Uso brutally assault Daniel Bryan after joining hands with Roman Reigns. Bryan is currently out of action due to his storyline injury. But, he will be back before Survivor Series to set up a title match against Reigns in the future.
