Randy Orton defeated The Fiend at WWE TLC in a first ever ‘Firefly Inferno’ match and burnt him alive in the middle of the ring. Orton destroys Wyatt’s friends in the Firefly Funhouse this past week on Monday Night RAW. Their rivalry is far from over. Now, reports are suggested that Orton Vs. Fiend is set to take place at this year’s Royal Rumble PPV.

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter , Randy Orton will face The Fiend in a ‘Firefly Funhouse’ match at Royal Rumble/ However, the current idea is tentative but this gimmick match is most likely to happen at the PPV. Ringside News was the first to report about this gimmick match.

Ringside News reported that Fiend vs. Orton will take place on the Rumble show in another gimmick match. We did get confirmed that such a match is now on the schedule, and the tentative idea is to call it a Firefly Fun House match

John Cena has faced Bray Wyatt in Firefly Funhouse match at Wrestlemania 36. That match was instant classic and critically acclaimed because of the storytelling with so many layers in the match.

It’ll be quite interesting to see Orton Vs. Fiend in this gimmick match and how WWE will book this match.
