Universal Champion Roman Reigns is on cloud nine after retaining his title at Wrestlemania 37 against Edge and Daniel Bryan. Reigns proposed a match to Bryan at this week’s episode of Smackdown in which Bryan has to put his career on the line and it will be the last shot for Bryan at redemption. Now, the possible outcomes of this huge match is already been speculated and it’s quite interesting.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed the possible outcomes for this match. This is a huge match for an episode of Friday Night Smackdown and this match is a PPV caliber match, definitely WWE has something up their sleeve for this match and we just have to wait and see.

“So I guess the deal, in theory, what it looks like is that Bryan will lose and that is what helps set up Reigns vs Cesaro, but perhaps Cesaro comes down and he gets Reigns mad enough and that what get him to face Cesaro. Obviously, they’re going with Reigns vs Cesaro at some point. It could be that Bryan wins, Bryan loses to Cesaro and it leads to Reigns and Cesaro. I don’t expect Bryan to win, but they could do it.”

Daniel Bryan’s contract is set to expire soon and there are speculations that most likely he will lose the match and then end his full time career and start working as a backstage producer like Paul Heyman. But, there are another possibilities like Bryan will win the match via count-out and stay in Smackdown and help Cesaro to get his first title shot.
