We have witnessed several WWE & NXT stars got released in the recent memory and still some of the top stars contract from NXT & WWE are set to expire very soon. One of them is NXT star Johnny Gargano. Gargano’s contract is set to expire very soon but now there’s some change in it.

According to Fightful Select, Gargano’s contract was set to expire on December 3rd, 2021, but now he agreed for one week extension. So, his contract will expire on December 10th, 2021.

Fighful has learned that Johnny Gargano has agreed to a one-week extension of his original deal, that will carry him through NXT War Games. Instead of December 3, Gargano deals now end on December 10.

This is quite similar situation to Adam Cole but WWE higher ups spoke highly that Gargano will extend his contract. We just have to wait and see how things will turn out in the coming weeks. We’ll keep you posted on the same. Stay tuned to Wrestlebuddy.
