Ex WWE Star CM Punk defeated John Cena for the WWE Championship at WWE Money in the Bank 2011. This was one of the classic moments in WWE History. Yesterday, it was 9th year anniversary of this epic moment and Punk tweeted about the same and credits Cena and the fans for this special moment.

Punk wrote, “I did a thing nine years ago. Couldn’t have done it without @JohnCena, @WWEArmstrong and most importantly the fans. That crowd, that atmosphere is something I’ll never forget. Thank you all. #MITB”

Money is the Bank 2011 is one of the best PPV of all time. It is a worth watching PPV of WWE. Even, Dave Meltzer from WON gave this match a 5-Star rating which rarely happens.
