Hello, welcome to another edition of The WB Weekly Report!!!
Time to discuss those 5 Wrestling Headlines?
1. CM Punk to WWE/NXT

From WWE NXT Media Call (Paraphrased) In an interview, Shawn Michaels said when asked about CM P. ” We’d welcome him in NXT, & that he always got the former WWE star & had shared his positive experiences with Punk. He noted probable and similar personality qualities as Michaels complimented his ability to do immense money numbers.
2. Edge removed from SD Intro
(Credit WWE)
Audiences are speculating concerning a Hall of Famer’s future with WWE, with many noticing that Edge got edited out of the Friday Night SmackDown video intro on Friday’s edition as his contract expired this Sunday Oct. 1st. It continues a significant rumor regarding Edge’s possible AEW arrival & PWInsider had reported about Edge’s removal from WWE’s internal Roster.
Does Edge appear at AEW WrestleDream this Sunday?
3. Jade Cargill signed with WWE
(AEW)
ESPN reported this week about Jade Cargill signing a multi-year contract with WWE. Fans witnessed Cargill return to AEW by fulfilling her contractual obligations & stated that her friendship with Cody Rhodes factored into the decision. Triple H tweeted-(reworded), ” A dominant athlete who is here to change the game…” Videos on social media showed Cargill arriving at NXT to train.
4. Sami Callihan is a free agent
(Impact Wrestling)
Impact star Sami Callihan revealed he’s a free agent. Callahan took to Twitter & shared about select Indy Bookings for matches, seminars, signings, and appearances & his DM’s are open & his free agency began this Saturday & held multiple titles for Impact Wrestling.
5. Becky’s comments on the Women’s Division in WWE
(WWE)
Current WWE NXT Women’s Champion Becky Lynch gave an honest perspective on the booking of women in WWE.
It appears this steams from Tegan Nox being replaced in her planned match versus Lynch a few weeks ago on Raw. Nox was supposed to have her first singles match on the program, but Natalya battled Becky Lynch instead.
Lynch told the New York Post in an interview: (Paraphrased)
” Currently, we are light on women with credibility on Raw.
” So, anyway, I can give these great women credibility by giving them a match, an outing, and showcase them in a championship match & thinks everybody benefits.
It benefits the audience because we have more women that we care about & more women that I can beat, as Lynch needs people to step up with women on this level.
But if nobody’s receiving any TV time…if nobody’s getting any storytime, then they can’t rise because nobody knows who the hell they are.
I reached our conclusion for this report l.
