WWE Star Edge is out of action after his classic match with Randy Orton at WWE Backlash last month. During that match, ‘The Rated R Superstar’ tore his triceps and currently he’s recovering from that injury, maybe he’ll be back by Survivor Series or next year’s WWE Royal Rumble.

According to the reports of Wrestling News, an idea has been pitched for Randy Orton ro win the WWE title at some point in future and Edge will return and challenges him for the title.

“An idea was pitched to have Orton win the title and then defend against Edge at the Royal Rumble or WrestleMania and McIntyre could win the title again at a later date to get his true crowning moment with fans in attendance.”

We’ll have to wait and see what WWE have to do with this epic rivalry.
