2. There’s always an out
Given that this match at Against All Odds is an all or nothing for Omega (unlike the Rebellion match which was title vs title), you have to feel the cunning and intelligence of Don Callis will come up something. Something olong the lines of working a rematch into the small print of the contract or maybe they’ll make it for just one of the belts (either the TNA or Impact title) as they have mentioned both belts as separate entities a few times. If that happens though I doubt it will be a detail that we’ll find out about until after the match happens. However it is a detail I can see being used if Moose wins
With Moose winning it will be a classic heel tactic to step back up and say “I get a rematch” or “take the belt I’m still a champion,” plus it’ll be interesting as you’ll have Omega back in the chase again along with other challengers (If Omega does go back after the belt once he loses it, also who knows what Moose may do as champion).
Will Omega win it strait back is a big question, because if he does lose it here this would have been his one and only defence (which he lost) as champion. So we’d need to see more out of him in that aspect if he does win it for a second time I feel.
