1. It’s a numbers game
Out of all the different options we’ve got, the placement of this match and the level we’ve got to in this story, this is probably the most plausible outcome (while the neutral may not be happy). Omega and The Club will be out there and there may be the odd involvement but Moose will likely be able to counter it. Moose has been a bit of an Islander for a while so I don’t see him coming out with anyone or having anyone coming out there to help him.
Given that we’ve had a lot of shenanigans from the Good Brothers, Moose is likely aware of it and I feel he’ll be okay with them (this will play more into them falling down the ladder also). I do feel there’s a chance we could see The Bucks show up, this would be a good spot to do it as Moose wouldn’t be expecting it and will catch him completely off guard.
This would also give Omega a title defence win as the champion, make Moose look strong (as he would only lose due to interference that he wasn’t expecting) and it would also give him a good claim for a rematch, given he only lost due to interference (especially if there’s a moment in the match where Moose has the 3 count).
Many different ways that this match can go before and after, and that’s great as it’s unpredictable. Are any of these plausible? Let’s wait and see.
