We have witnessed several WWE & NXT stars got released in the recent memory and most of them jump ship to AEW. The most shocking jump from WWE to AEW ws Adam Cole and now his UE teammates Bobby Fish & Kyle ‘O’ Reily joined the company as well. Now, reports are suggesting that NXT Original Johnny Gargano might be the next guy to join AEW sooner than later.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Johnny Gargano could be making his debut in AEW when Dynamite takes place in Cleveland at the Wolstein Center, which would be on January 26th, 2021.

”As more time goes on, I have this feeling that Gargano will debut in Cleveland. That would be the right night to do it, right? It’s I think maybe late [January], maybe [January] 26th. I don’t know 100% that he’s going, but he’s talking about wanting to wrestle Kenny Omega. It’s things he’s said both publicly and privately. I know he’s heavily considering it.”

Johnny Gargano is one of the top faces from NXT and WWE tried their best to keep him in the company but in the end Gargano chose not to re-sign with the company.
