He said, ‘I don’t know,’ and I think he was talking about some Fiend stuff for the future. But I said, and he mentioned something like, ‘Maybe we could bring Willow in.’ He really wanted to bring Willow.”
The conversation with Bray Wyatt was a pivotal moment for Hardy, sparking excitement and a sense of creative possibility. Hardy reflected on the synergy between their characters, envisioning a world where Willow and Bray Wyatt’s Fiend could coexist and create magic in the wrestling ring. “That just, the wrestling fan in me and the younger version of me—because Willow was my main deal back in the day—I got so excited. I thought, one day, I could mix it up with him, Fiend and Willow but none of that happened.”
