Jeff Hardy Vs. AJ Styles for IC Title next week on Smackdown

During tonight’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, Jeff Hardy challenges AJ Styles for the Intercontinental championship. Now, WWE made it official they’ll face off next week on Smackdown.
Styles is shown backstage with Abyss, I mean Joseph Park. Styles came out to the ring and he says he doesn’t care about hooligans destroying Smackdown. Styles says he has beaten everyone. Styles says so many people are throwing out statistics to prove who he should face at SummerSlam. Styles introduces the “Phenomenal Intercontinental Statistics System”.
Jeff Hardy interrupts. Hardy says he respects Styles but Hardy didn’t get his fair chance at the title during the IC title tournament. Hardy says the IC title is special to him. It’s the first title he won on his own. Hardy challenges Styles to a title match. Styles says statistics aside, he admires and respects Hardy. Styles says. Hardy attacks Styles. Hardy hits Styles with a Twist of Fate.
