Karrion Kross relinquished his hold on the title in an equally shocking display during tonight’s episode of NXT.
Kross made his way out to the ring in a sling, where he spoke about casualties occurring on both sides of a war. It was then that he revealed he had separated his shoulder, and despite wanting to defend the title, it was obvious he couldn’t in the state he was in. After saying that every path is filled with obstacles, Kross put the belt down, and said that him relinquishing the title doesn’t change anything for the state of NXT, ending things with a simple “tick, tock.”
