We start off tonight with a heated Samoa Joe wanting to call out Karrion Kross. After the events of last week Joe is pissed.

Speaking of NXT Champion Karrion Kross…….He made his main roster debut last night on the Raw after Money In The Bank. Man, talk about a crapshoot. Kross came out to minimal entrance theatrics and sans Scarlett Bordeaux. Not only that he got jobbed out to Jeff Hardy in minutes seemingly destroying his NXT mythos.

Tag Team Match: Kushida & Bobby Fish vs. Diamond Mine

Not gonna lie. I was facing some problems with the story editor so I missed the first half of the match. Also my internet is acting up. As The Predator said, “shit ‘appens”.

I finally catch up and we come back from break with The Diamond Mine picking apart Bobby Fish. -Internet interference-

Can’t grade it since I couldn’t watch it. But apparently it was fire.

Cameron Grimes Butler Segment

Grimes is still helping LA Knight unload his car until Rockstar Spud comes to help but gets threatened. Grimes is carrying like 72 bags and insists that he has the load in hand.

Franky Monet vs. Jacy Jayne

Monet sees action while Robert Stone is bothering Monet’s new client Jessica Kamea.

Jayne surprisingly gets a near fall but Monet quickly changes the momentum. A ground and pound a some side kicks keeps the blonde newcomer in control.

While the action is going on Mandy Rose goes to the announce table as Wade Barrett is getting all horned up with Rose draped on the announce table. Meanwhile Monet is sunset flipped and kicked in the face, seemingly distracting Monet. Jayne hits a neckbreaker and gets a near fall.

Monet starts hulking up and slams her opponent and pins for the win. Stone and Kamea celebrate with the victor as Mandy slithers away.

I give it a 2.8 out of five. Nothing groundbreaking but storybuilding.

Kyle O’Reilly vs. Austin Theory

There is no love lost in this match.

Austin makes a rare solo trip against the NXT veteran.

We start with some lockups while the commentators mention how this is a big match for Theory. Despite a kick by O’Reilly the underdog holds his own.

KO seems to be struggling with the young upstart as we go to commercial break.

We come back and these two are trading shots. Theory so far is controlling the ground and power game sending multiple suplexes into orbit.

Theory seems to be growing into experience, especially with the calibur of opponent. O’Reilly hits a kick to stop the momentum but it seems to be temporary and Theory gets two near falls.

Kyle puts his opponent thru the ringer but Theory recovers to get a couple of shocking two-counts. He is losing control as a recovered O’Reilly snaps himself and takes it out on Theory.

Back in the ring KO beats and kicks his enemy knocking him down with a knee to the chest. Finally a leg lock submits Theory for the win. I give it a 4.001 out of five. Great pacing and synchronicity.

Legado Del Phantasmo Promo

The faction come out with Mariachi’s but then they send them away because us peons are not worth the musical performance. Escobar talks shit about Hit Row and that prompts their enemies to come out. The audience boos Phantasmo then boo Hit Row when they talk shit about Mexican music.

Both factions rush each other as Swerve grabs a guitar and tries to do his best Jeff Jarrett impression on Mendoza.

First Round: NXT Breakout Tournament: Andre Chase vs. Odyssey Jones

Odyssey is clearly the fan favorite but as we saw last week being the fan favorite doesn’t equal a win.

Chase uses his speed against a powerful Jones as both trades shots.

After Chase uses his high flying movement the big man gains control and throws his smaller opponent around and pins for the win. I give it a 2.38 out of five.

LA Knight w/ Cameron Grimes vs. Drake Maverick

The former Rockstar Spud comes out and throws hands at the bigger Knight but the Million Dollar Champ reverses the roles.

LA Knight proves to be more pomp as his belt showing off costs him an upset loss.

But the champ takes it out on his smaller opponent in disgust. But Grimes pulls him off and tries to talk sense into Knight. LA wants his manservant to hit Spud but he refuses.

I give it 2.3 out of five because it’s late and I’m starting not to care right now.

NXT Women’s Championship Match: Raquel Gonzalez (C) vs. Xia Li

Coddamn, Xia Li looks fucking good. A red and black clad firecracker who me wanna blow those guts out.

Anyways, sorry for the perverseness.

They start off with Gonzalez using her power to her advantage but Li is an agile fighter and she uses strikes and holds to try to take her down.

The two take each other blow for blow and try to make some separation. Raquel manhandles her opponent outside the ring but a costly mistake get Xi the upper hand.

-commercial break-

Back from break Xi is putting the champ in a single-leg crab. She powers her way out and Gonzalez throws some haymakers to regain control. A near fall is had.

Xi Li gets hurt from an elbow drop on the ribs and the medical staff checks in on her. The receipt for knocking out Mercedes a few weeks ago?

After getting cleared Gonzalez pins her challenger and wins.

When I said I wanted Xi’s guts blown out I meant while I make love to her. Hope she is alright. The match I give 3.4 due to the fact that it didn’t finish.

Samoa Joe calls out Kross who apparently was supposed to be there. The NXT Champ shows up on the Titantron and talks about hurting who he wants whenever (sans Jeff Hardy, lol). The camera shows him backstage after stomping out William Regal and Joe chases him as Kross leaves in his car. Episode ends.

Alright episode. I’m bummed though I missed the first match.
