Drake Maverick and El Hijo del Fantasma comes face to face again this week on NXT after their incredible match , with Drake challenging Fantasma for his newly won NXT Cruiserweight Championship. But what happened next, it was quite ‘SHOCKING’ for the WWE Universe.

Fantasma came out to celebrate his victory, before Drake comes face to face with him in the ring. First, Drake congratulated Fantasma on the win, saying that he earned it. However, Maverick did say that he wanted another shot at the NXT Cruiserweight championship if it is okay for Fantasma, to which El Hijo accepted. Before the two shake their hands, they were interrupted by the two masked individuals who had been seen kidnapping many NXT superstars over the last couple of months.

Drake and Fantasma got set to defend themselves, but Drake got betrayed, as Fantasma delivered a headbutt to Drake before the two masked men enters the ring. During the assault, the two men unmasked to reveal themselves as Raul Mendoza and Joaquin Wilde, and shortly after, Fantasma took his own mask off to reveal himself as Santos Escobar.
