Universal Champion Roman Reigns is set to defend his title again Finn Balor’s alter-ego Demon Balor at Extreme Rules. Reigns is having a stellar run with the title since he returned at SummerSlam last year and turned heel. But, report might already have a huge spoiler about Reigns’ next challenger after Finn Balor and it’s definitely not Brock Lesnar.

According to Ringside News, WWE is advertising Drew McIntyre versus Roman Reigns for the Universal Title at October 1st, 2021 episode of Friday Night Smackdown. This will be the first of WWE Draft as well, it means McIntyre is set to be drafted to Smackdown and challenge ‘The Tribal Cheif’.

McIntyre and Reigns already have an unfinished business after their classic encounter at Survivor Series last year. It’ll be interesting to see how WWE will book this feud because already Lesnar is involved with Reigns for the title.
