Otis becomes the Money in the Bank & shocked the WWE Universe. He won the briefcase because Vince McMahon is a fan of Otis. But, after his big win there’s no steadiness in his storyline. Now, reports are suggesting that Otis is in a holding pattern.

According to the reports from Ringside news, WWE had plans for Otis to go after The Fiend, but that plans were scrapped. Then, they plan to hold on the cash in till live fans are back in the arena. Now, the current plans for Otis is in a holding pattern, until the draft is over.
