Kenny Omega declared as the #1 wrestler in PWI 500 list and he is the guy in the entire pro wrestling world right now leaving behind with the likes of Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre. Since when the forbidden door was open there are lot of possibilities of several dream matches might come true. Omega Vs. Ospreay is the one of the much awaited dream match for everyone.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, despite the online teases, there is currently no plan for Omega vs Ospreay to actually happen, and this is really a huge letdown for many fans because witnessing a match between two top wrestlers around the world is just pure delight for all of us.

There are no plans at this writing for such a match, but no doubt both guys want it and with Ospreay coming to the U.S. every month going forward, it’s more feasible now than at any time. We do know that Omega would love to have matches with both Ospreay and Jay White, who both brought up AEW at the recent New Japan Resurgence show in Los Angeles.

But if we talk about the current scenario in pro wrestling world anything is possible because we’ve already witnessed huge surprises this year like the return of CM Punk after 7 years and Adam Cole joining AEW. We’ll have to see what’s in store for AEW, but Tony Khan is always making plans.
