Cesaro is one of the most underrated stars of WWE. It’s been many years but still WWE didn’t use the Swiss Superman to it’s full potential. Cesaro is currently in the Smackdown brand. His contract was set to expire in few months. Now, reports are suggesting that he re-signed with WWE once again.

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Cesaro has either signed a new contract or verbally agreed to a new deal “a few weeks ago.”.

There have been reports going around regarding the status of Cesaro. Either he signed or verbally agreed to a new deal a few weeks ago.

It was also reported that Cesaro was set to win the Gauntlet match on Smackdown and that idea was pitched by none other than Daniel Bryan who is currently feuding with Cesaro on Smackdown. But, at the last moment plans were changed as Cesaro was yet to sign the new contract with WWE.

Recently, Cesaro has a huge win over Daniel Bryan on the latest episode of Friday Night Smackdown where he won the match via submission. Hopefully, we will see Cesaro in a greater spotlight now.
