WWE held the ownership of Cody Rhodes name, that’s why Cody was using his first name only while performing in All Elite Wrestling. Now, Cody officially got his last name back & he is officially Cody Rhodes now.

According to the report of Heel By Nature, WWE cancels the trademark on Cody’s name. Now, The American Nightmare can be Rhodes again.

After AEW went off air this week, Cody addressed the live crowd that he officially got his two name back & Justin Roberts announced him as ‘Cody Rhodes’

According to the report of PW Insider, WWE dropped their trademark claim after Cody agreed to abandon the trademarks for Slamboree and The Match Beyond.
