During last night’s episode of RAW, Ron Simmons appeared with MVP and Bobby Lashley in the backstage segment. This was related to the planned revamped version of an iconic stable for RAW.

According to Dave Meltzer from Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE is planning to revamp Nation of Domination faction.

“So there is an idea — I don’t know if if was dropped. Originally it was going to be on the show for a revamping of the Nation Of Domination and Ron Simmons was supposed to be part of that angle, but they dropped that angle for this show. They may be building to it later, they may have dropped it completely. They brought him in for that angle so that’s why he was on television.”

We have seen on last night’s RAW that Shelton Benjamin joined the group of MVP and Lashley and MVP announced the name of the faction as ‘The Hurt Business’. Ron Simmons will reportedly join the forces with The Hurt Business in some sort of fashion in the coming weeks.
