WWE releases several NXT talents yesterday due to budget cuts and there were many notable names including the Vanessa Borne & Jessamyn Duke. Now, WWE releases Velveteen Dream and he is one of the top NXT names and he was surrounded with the controversy last year in the Speaking Out movement in the social media.

According to PW Insider, Velveteen Dream has been released by WWE. This doesn’t come as a huge surprise since the controversial Superstar hasn’t been seen on television since losing to Adam Cole at A Very Gargano Christmas in December 2020 and whenever he appeared on the WWE Television, some fans starts a trend on twitter that fire Velveteen Dream. Now, their wish came finally true.

WWE NXT star Velveteen Dream was released today by the company, according to multiple sources.

Dream haven’t spoke anything about his release and now we have to wait and see which wrestling promotion he will join or just go back to the indie circuit.
