Rey Mysterio has not been seen since his eye popped out at WWE Extreme Rules few weeks ago. Currently, he is working with WWE without any contract and just a handshake deal. Now, reports are coming that he is very close to finalize his new WWE contract.

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, both WWE & Rey Mysterio are expected to come to a deal.

The last word is that the sides are not far from a deal and McMahon and Mysterio would be meeting once again soon to try and finalize things.

There are many reasons that Mysterio will stay with the company because he will be able to help his son Dominik to made a name inside WWE which he is already making due to the recent storyline with Seth Rollins.
