Hello everyone & welcome to this edition of our Weekly Report. Happy 4th of July weekend!!!

I express my thanks to each of the team for their unwavering assistance.

I’m Tyler Peters. We are looking at the Top 5 wrestling headlines!!!

RIP Darren ‘ Droz’ Drozdov:

We are saddened to hear of the passing of former WWE star & NFL Darren ‘Droz’ Drozdov, had died at 54 on Friday, June 30th. WWE had announced Drozdov’s death while describing him as a “ gifted athlete” & an ‘ imposing force in the ring. “

Before he became a pro wrestler, Drozdov played in the NFL for these teams-New York Jets, Denver Broncos, & Philadelphia Eagles. He was a nose tackle & played in the Canadian Football League. Droz also competed in ECW.

Other quotes ( reworded) stated, “ Drozdov captivated audiences in the late 1990s as part of the Legion of Doom teaming with Hawk & Animal. Those Droz’s World vignettes remain special. The WB extends our condolences to his family, friends, & fans.

1. Roman gets Pinned.

Roman Reigns has transcended sports entertainment by reigning for over three years as the Champion of WWE! What’s as impressive is ” The Tribal Chief not getting pinned during this timeframe. His impeccable statistic was revised after cousin Jey Uso pinned him 1-2-3 via MITB in London from the O2 Arena. Saturday, July 1st, highlighted many timeless moments.

A Bloodline Civil War featuring one of the profession’s greatest teams-The Usos (Jimmy & Jey) vs. Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa, concluded this premium live event. Multiple superkicks & a splash from Jey represented the first time in nearly 1300 days since Roman suffered a pinfall !!!

2. Men’s & Women’s MITB winners=Damian Priest & Iyo Sky/ Seth Rollins Retains/Shayna betrays Rousey

3. Drew McIntyre & John Cena surprise everyone:

(WWE)

For months rumors began circulating about WWE Star Drew McIntyre’s unhappiness concerning creative & involving his contractual status. The Scottish Warrior returned to the UK regarding MITB!!! He excited spectators in London, additionally fanbases internationally as well. Once Intercontinental Champion was celebrating his victory opposite Matt Riddle, familiar music sounded, and one of Britain’s native sons reemerged to confront Gunther, ‘The Ring General’ provoked McIntyre.

Drew nailed him using a Glasgow Kiss & his signature Claymore Kick. McIntyre held up the IC Title to send a message. It appears Drew will challenge Gunther very soon.

WWE

An Icon/ 16-time Champion made a surprising return home to WWE. John Cena engaged the crowd by energizing them. He mentioned that WWE is considering doing a WrestleMania emanating from London. Grayson Waller interrupted and bragged about his homeland Australia. They deserved a WrestleMania. Consistent disrespect from this brass Aussie & an attack from behind got Waller in trouble as Cena delivered The Attitude Adjustment to Grayson.

4. Eddie Kingston vs. Jon Moxley = Their own Civil War/ Jungleboy Jack Perry turns Heel:

Two men have recently fought on opposing sides. Eddie Kingston & Jon Moxley once shared a strong friendship. Mox’s actions aren’t pleasing MadKing because of Moxley’s affiliation with The BBC ( The Blackpool Combat Club. Kingston always expresses his opinions honestly. Eddie doesn’t like BBC member Claudio Castagnoli, Moxley betrayed his friend & The BBC attacked Kingston lately. This feud continued at Forbidden Door last weekend. Kingston kept Yuta Wheeler out of the Ishii vs. Jon Moxley match on this week’s Dynamite. What’s in store next for these former allies? The BBC attacked Matt & Nick Jackson, Hangman Adam Page, & Eddie Kingston via Dynamite. Moxley challenged them to a match at next month’s Blood and Guts event for AEW’s debut in TD Garden-Boston, Mass on Wed, July 19th.

JungleBoy Jack Perry betrayed Hook circa last weekend’s Forbidden Door PPV -His explanation; did he turn on Hook, or did everybody turn on him? Jack Perry described the situation about his ex-tag team partner’s entitlement & JungleBoy should have been a champion twice. He disrespects Hook during the promo causing ‘The Handsome Devil’ to respond by chasing him out of the ring on Dynamite. JungleBoy as the villain remains intriguing, regardless of it your viewpoint.

5. The Icon Sting suffers an injury from a horrific ladder/table spot, and MJF wins Collision Debut & Samoa Joe attacks Roderick Strong:

Wrestling fans were left stunned & horrified after the WWE Hall of Famer Sting leaped off of a ladder & botched the table spot regarding the outside of the ring.

Sting & Darby Allin teamed up to face Chris Jericho & Sammy Guevara in a Tornado Trios tag match. Stinger did connect with The Spanish God only to hit his chin brutally on the other table.

Allin & Sting defeated The Painmaker Chris Jericho & Sammy Guevara. Afterward, video footage emerged of the 64-year-old thanking the fans & admitting to having stitches in his lip & a tooth that’s halfway knocked out. He thanked Tony Khan for allowing him to execute the dangerous spot.

As a fan of Sting, please don’t do this again. I so respect this legend for taking risks to entertain the viewers, but after having a near career-ending injury in 2015. That was scary to witness. Sting, we appreciate your longevity, yet moves like that will shorten any hopes of a sustainable finale. I admire Khan & AEW for giving Stinger opportunities. I like Darby- Is sting mimicking his younger protege too much here? Now I understand why some legends don’t want to return to the ring. They desire their fans & peers to recollect fondly instead of overdoing spots that aren’t normal when referring to their in-ring style. I do admire Sting for remaining passionate.

AEW World Champion -MJF wins his AEW Collision Debut by defeating Ethan Page. More Collision news-ROH Television Champion Samoa Joe will face CM Punk as Joe defeated Roderick Strong & advances in the Owen Hart Foundation Semi-Finals. Then Joe attacks Strong after the match by slamming him into a steel chair.

That will do it for this week’s-Weekly Report!
