Roman Reigns returned at WWE Summerslam and shocked the WWE Universe. Currently, he is holding the Universal Championship and set to defend against his cousin Jey Uso at Clash of Champions this Sunday.

During an interview given to Mania Club, Reigns discussed how WWE fans are impatient about long-term storylines. He advised them to wait and let the stories develop.

“We got a bunch of fast food fans and they complain that they want stories and well thought out stories to develop. When you start doing that for them, they want it all now. My people, I’m cooking a steak. We’re creating an elaborate omelet and we’re in the process of cracking eggs right now. You’re not going to get it quite yet. We’re gonna let the steaks stay on the grill. If you want your cheeseburger, watch Raw. SmackDown, we do filet mignon.”

As we all know, Reigns is currently managed by none other than Paul Heyman who believes in long-term storylines. He got fired by WWE as an Executive Producer of RAW because of this reason only.

WWE gets quite interesting after the return on Reigns in the company. Maybe WWE is planting seeds for the big mania match between The Rock and Reigns for the title.
