Former TNA Champion Rich Swann’s recent court appearance has captured attention as he faced charges of disorderly public intoxication and causing a disturbance, linked to an incident that occurred last June. According to the report by Ringside News, Swann entered a “nolo contendere” plea in a Florida court. Rich Swann’s arrest on June 9, 2024, detailed a troubling incident where he allegedly attempted to enter an apartment he mistakenly identified as his own. Additionally, authorities received a complaint from a woman who claimed that Swann had followed her to her door despite being asked not to do so.

A clip of the incident circulated on social media, which Swann argues did not accurately represent what transpired.
