3. Edge Vs. Seth Rollins – Hell in a Cell Match (WWE Crown Jewel 2021)

#3 spot belongs to my personal favorite match of 2021. This match can be called the finale of one of wrestling’s greatest trilogies of modern era. Edge vs. Seth Rollins was always a dream match for every wrestling fan and this rivalry gave the fans what they wanted from these two great athletes.

Edge and Rollins lit up the summer season with intense promos that eventually built to a classic singles match at SummerSlam. The rivalry culminated at WWE’s Saudi event Crown Jewel 2021, and it was one of the best cell matches in the history of WWE. Edge & Rollins put on a masterclass in wrestling psychology and creative spots, bringing in all sorts of weapons which was easily blended with the stellar storytelling, that put the often controversial event off to a good start.
