2. TJP Vs. Josh Alexander – 60 minute Ironman Match for the X Division Championship (Before The IMPACT Special)

#2 spot belongs to the most underrated match of the year which was an instant classic but unfortunately it didn’t got enough praise from all of us because everyone is busy proving their favorite wrestling promotion is the best (pun intended). Honestly, this was an epic encounter between TJP & Josh Alexander and this match certainly cemented Alexander as the next top guy for IMPACT Wrestling.

We are living in a time where we rarely get to see a 60 minutes Ironman match, even WWE cut short this classic stipulation in a 30 minutes bout which in our opinion is not fair. Ironman match is the match where you’ll get to see the breaking point and endurance of the wrestler and 60 minutes time frame is the perfect way to show that, if you’re a star in the making, definitely they should have fought at least one Ironman Match in their respective career.
