29. 2 Cold Scorpio

If you were to look up “people ahead of their time” you would find 2 Cold Scorpio as the prime example of that old saying.  If you watched any wrestling in the 90’s you would have been able to catch Scorpio wowing the crowds with his high flying maneuvers that looked absolutely effortless.  He did work for WCW, ECW, WWF and Japan, where he was able to have the most success as far as getting the fans attention. 

A true innovator of the sport, it should be said that if you have not watched a 2 Cold Scorpio match, you should stop reading this right now and go find one immediately.  A lot of the wrestling you see today was first done by Scorpio back in the day.  Whereas Scorpio never found great success, he was still able to build up a following amongst the diehards who were able to appreciate the great talent that he possessed.  Of the names on this list, it could be said that 2 Cold Scorpio might be the most underrated amongst the bunch.  Dave Meltzer even named him the most underrated wrestler in 1997.  He truly was that damn good.
