As we all know that WWE Superstars have larger than life persona and the way they look that matters the most in the company. We’ve seen many wrestlers changed their appearances over the last decades like Bray Wyatt, Drew McIntyre and many more by growing beard.
Let’s check out the List of Top 5 WWE Superstars without their Iconic beards:
5. Elias
Elias is currently under Smackdown brand. He portrays a musician who often uses music, to mock his opponents and the fans in attendance, although they do chant along when Elias states that “WWE stands for Walk With Elias”. Elias began his WWE career on the NXT brand under ring name Elias Samson (nicknamed ‘The Drifter’), appearing there from 2014 to 2017.
As you can see above how different he looks without his beard, this photo is from the indie circuit where Elias wrestled before making it to the WWE under his ring name Logan Schulo.
4. Sheamus
Sheamus is currently under Smackdown brand feuding with Jeff Hardy. He debuted in 2009 as a heel in WWE version of ECW and he meteorically rise by winning WWE Championship within 166 days by defeating John Cena in a Table Match at WWE TLC.
Sheamus is famous because of his iconic red beard which he dons throughout of his WWE career, he changed his appearance in 2015 after he return from an injury with a mohawk and braids in his beard. But, WWE Universe immediately rejected this look by chanting ‘You Look Stupid’.
As you can above how differently he look without his Iconic beard which made him famous inside WWE.
3. Aleister Black
Aleistar Black is currently under RAW brand and feuding with the Seth Rollins faction. Aleister Black is famous for his unique person of minimal talking and dozens of tattoos around his entire body.
Before he make it to the WWE, wrestled in Indie Circuit under his ring name ‘Tommy End’. If you go and check on Youtube about Tommy End, you’ll easily find Black’s indie wrestling footage where he didn’t have beard as you see in the above picture. he looks quite different before making it big inside WWE.
2. Otis
Here come our ‘Mr. Money in the Bank’ Otis, he is currently in Smackdown and enjoying his best run in his entire wrestling career.
Before coming to WWE, Otis wrestled in Indie circuit under ring name ‘Dozer’ with completely different look as you can see above. In 2016, he debuted on NXT with his tag team partner Tucker in a team named ‘Heavy Machinery’.
In 2019, WWE announced that they’re debuting in the main roster. They debuted under RAW brand but as a part of Superstar Shakeup immediately after few weeks they drafted to Smackdown brand.
Now entire WWE Universe knows him as Mr. Money in the Bank who is currently dating Mandy Rose as a storyline girlfriend.
1. Braun Strowman
I’m pretty sure that if you the above picture, you’ll not be able to idenify that this clean shaved dude is none other than our beloved WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman who is currently feuding with his old tag team partner Bray Wyatt.
We better know him as the ‘Monster Among Men’ in WWE. But before making it to the WWE, he was persuing a strongman career because of his physique and strength.
In 2013, Strowman signed with WWE and do training and dark matches. He first become famous as the ‘Black Sheep’ of the Wyatt Family in 2015 and after Wyatt Family dissolved, he start his journey as a solo wrestler or we can say ‘A Monster’. He destroyed every single men who comes in his path and now he is our Universal Champion.
