Top 50 Greatest Wrestling Heels of all time
40. Rhyno
The last-ever ECW champion in the original Philadelphia promotion’s lineage, Rhino was the biggest acquisition of Don Callis-led stable The Network. ‘The Man Beast’ was an unstoppable monster, hitting the Gore on and Piledriving through tables everyone he thought worthy, even women.
Now spelling his name with a y, Rhyno came into the WWF and would go on to join the ECW contingent of The Alliance and was one of few (other than Rob Van Dam and Booker T) who was a genuine defection and was treated like a real threat having won the Hardcore and WCW US titles. He stayed a big part of the SmackDown brand event afterwards.
Rhino is currently in Impact Wrestling having recently turned heel to join Joe Doering, Eric Young and Cody Deaner in Violent By Design, similar to a TNA role he had a decade previous.
