Where Are They Now?: All Wrestlers At Badd Blood: In Your House (1997)
Here, we look at where all the participants of Badd Blood: In Your House (1997) are now.
Max Mini
At just 3’7½, the wrestler better-known in Mexico as Tzuki teamed with Nova (no, not the ECW wrestler of the same name) to take on Mosiac and Tarantula in a 2-on-2 midgets’ bout. The match had no build or storyline reason for taking place but was a fast and entertaining bout. Mini won the match for his team when pinning Tarantula with a crucifix.
Although not much information online, it is believed he still wrestles on the Mexican independent circuit, recently working for Promociones El Cholo De Tijuana.
Nova
Mascarita Sagrada worked for both WCW and WWF during the 90s and a TNA appearance in 2004 before moving on to SmackDown’s Junior’s Division in the mid-2000s. His appearance on the show represented the working relationship between the Federation and luchador promotion AAA.
Little is known about Nova’s private life, with the exception of knowing he is married and has children via his Myspace page. Not even his real name is known with his face only publicly shown once. He memorably cropped up a few years ago in Lucha Underground.
Mosaic
Facing off against Max Mini and Nova was a team consisting of Mosiac. Known better as Octagoncito, he was part of this impromptu match made to fill time in the void left by the cancelled Pillman/Foley match.
The mini wrestler who debuted in 1990 still freelances today, having wrestled a handful of matches in 2021, 2 of which were for AAA and the others on the Mexican independent scene.
Tarantula
Tarantula ended up taking the pin at the end of the match, although the pin by Mini was clearly broken up by Mosiac. It was clear that all wrestlers had done this match many times before, with the botched ending seemingly not the planned ending time.
Tarantula passed away in 2009 aged 34 in one of wrestling’s most mysterious and complex deaths. He died alongside his brother when accidentally poisoned by prostitutes who attempted to mug them, attempting to subdue them with drugs without taking into account their victim’s stature.
