The longest match on the card at nearly half an hour, it saw the submission specialist get the better of HBK with the Olympic gold medallist forcing Michaels to tap out after a lengthy spell in the Ankle Lock.

Michaels still works for WWE as a top trainer in their Performance Center and as a significant backstage figure for NXT alongside pal, Triple H. He occasionally makes an on-screen appearance in order to further a storyline or further aid in developing a character.
