1. Josh Alexander
I think for a while many people have been wanting to see Josh Alexander enter into the main event picture. I would be very surprised given what we’ve seen from Josh over this year if we don’t see it from Impact come Slammiversary next year.
Josh has put on some incredible “match of the year” contenders (including the 60 minute Iron man match with TJP) and also proven many times that he can cut some great promos to carry matches into that next level. Josh has definitely helped to elevate The X Division to that next level and in the main event scene he would certainly to the same there too.

If W. Morrissey signs a new deal after Bound For Glory & Josh Alexander does the same next February/March. These two are going to be locking horns for that number one contendership spot OR to be the next Impact Wrestling World Champion.
Jake Something vs. Brian Myers is a recurring rivalry that would set up a fantastic storied World Champion storyline could even match Kurt Angle & Samoa Joe or EC3 & Matt Hardy (ducking incoming chair shots) with Myers & Something.
