04. Stone Cold Steve Austin Vs. Undertaker – Special Guest Referee Ric Flair (Backlash 2002)

Another match from the same PPV. The Undertaker and Stone Cold Steve Austin are two of the greatest of all time. They have so many classic battles with each other, but this one is one of the most forgettable battle in their rivalry. Even the addition of Ric Flair as the Special Guest Referee couldn’t save this match from being one of the most underwhelming match of the card.

This match between Steve Austin and The Undertaker ran nearly 30 minutes and was entirely too long. They tried to make it an all-out brawl, but it dragged at such a slow pace that fans just lost interest.
